You are invited to one of the true highlights of the year at St. Luke.
This Sunday, February 22, you are welcome to gather for our annual Congregational Dinner and Meeting beginning at 5:00 pm. Dinner will be catered by De Leon’s, and the evening will center on good food, warm conversation, and joyful fellowship.
If this is a regular place of worship for you, you are invited. You do not need to be a member to attend. The majority of the evening is fellowship and dinner, with only a brief time of business toward the end. This is not a typical church meeting. It is a celebration of ministry, community, and the ways Christ continues to work among us.
You will enjoy the decorations, the celebration of the year behind us, and the anticipation of what God is doing next. The smells, the tastes, the laughter across tables, and the shared stories make this a memorable way to move toward spring together.
If you are able in advance, please add your name to the list in the Fellowship Hall or call the church office so we can prepare well for you. That said, there is always plenty of food!
You are welcome at the table. We look forward to celebrating with you this weekend.
High School youth are invited to serve at the banquet as a thank you to the congregation for their ongoing support. Youth help make this catered dinner and dessert run smoothly, and your presence truly makes a difference.
If you are serving, please arrive by 4:15 pm wearing black pants or a skirt and a white dress shirt. We will be ready to begin at 4:45 pm, with dinner officially starting at 5:00 pm.
Please RSVP to volunteer as soon as possible. If we do not hear from enough high school youth, middle school youth may be invited to assist.
