Whitworth Wind Symphony: This Sunday 10/12

Ready for a spectacular and memorable worship experience? This Sunday, October 12th, at the 8:30 and 10:00 am services, Dr. Richard Strauch leads the Whitworth Wind Symphony in worship at St. Luke.

The students at Whitworth have been working hard preparing their music. They’ll share several selections from their fall repertoire and they’ll accompany the hymns.

Over 50 instruments join together, filling the sanctuary with music.

We hope you’ll come support these outstanding students, and their director, and thank them for sharing, generously, the gift of their collective talents.

A note about the 11:15 service – Our modern service will be held in the MPR (Multi-Purpose Room) and feature a more “unplugged” set, with Charles on the baby grand piano and Peter on the box drum. All are encouraged to attend the earlier services and support the Whitworth Wind Symphony, but we’ve got you covered if you prefer the 11:15 time.
