Harvest Fest this Sunday

Hold on to your pumpkin spice lattes and flannel coats! We’ve got a fantastic fall festival in the works for this Sunday from 4pm to 6pm. What does it all entail? Glad you asked!

Here’s an overview of the night:
4:00 pm – Crafts/games (options for all ages) and obstacle course open for fun & play!
4:30 pm – Dinner (w/ Trivia) is served in the MPR
5:30 pm – Trunk-or-Treat to finish out the night

Church-appropriate costumes are encouraged! Trivia will award prizes to first, second and third place!

This year is a HUGE collaboration with Kids, Youth, Young Adult, Quilting, Love-Thy-Neighbor, and Woodworking ministries all taking part! Here’s a detailed breakdown of everything going on.

Kids Activities

• Outside
  • Inflatable obstacle course

• In Kids Ministry Downstairs
  • Carnival games (0-6th grade)

Youth Volunteers

• Youth and parent volunteers arrive at 3:30
• Middle schoolers lead games and help with dinner afterward
• High schoolers are focused on prepping and helping with dinner throughout the night
• Parents are managing cooking & entry/orders
