You are invited to help care for the St. Luke campus at the first cleanup of the season, hosted by the Environmental Stewardship Group, on Saturday, May 2, from 9:00 to 11:00a.
This is a time we remember: our beautiful church campus (all the material essentials to ministry) exists only because the church body (the people called to be the living church) believe in this cause and want to see ministry done well.
Whether it’s a building project for the physical place to do ministry from, or blankets to provide to those in need, or something as simple as maintaining the beauty of the grounds–none of it is taken for granted, and none of it happens automatically. It happens out of love, dedication, and sincere belief in what this ministry means for people in all walks of life. (If you’re curious, here’s a reflection from Pr. Jim on just how profound that impact can be)
Coffee, tea, and donuts will be available for your enjoyment!
We thank you for taking part in making this a welcoming space where ministry can flourish and lives can be touched!
