Day 9 - Rhodes Island

We had a free day on Rhodes today. A couple people signed up for a ship excursion offered, but everyone else spent the day walking through the old town, lounging at the beaches & swimming in the beautiful Aegean/Mediterranean Sea, while some did walking tours. It was really nice to have a free day to spend as we wished, and refreshing in the midst of a heat wave for those who went swimming. In the evening we had an informal party on a top deck enjoying each others company. What a great group of people, and what an incredible experience! It’s been a great trip.
